Registered picture post card of 'Hotel des Postes, Saigon' addressed to France bearing French Indo-China SG 10, 10c black/ lilac and SG 13, 25c black/ rose tied by Pnompenh/ Cambodge date stamp '8th Avril 02' with framed hand-struck 'R', routed via Saigon/ Cochinchine with Paris arrival '5/5' and forwarded to Seine with same day receiver. Scarce item of the use of a Registered postcard paying the ten cent postcard rate and twenty five cents registration fee.
