Mourning envelope addressed to France written from Cayenne dated '3rd Aout 1877' bearing French General Colonies Yvert 27, 40c orange tied by octagonal French paquebot 'Col. Fr. Paq. C. No 1' date stamp (Salles 1528), routed via Fort de France and Pointe a Pitre with double paquebot 'Ligne A Paq. Fr. No 3' in red on reverse (Salles 1401) sent on the steamer "St. Nazaire" with Doudogne receiver on reverse. Very scarce item.
