Dehra Dun, British India' dated '13th May 1946' with circular 'International Red Cross Committee/ Japan Delegation' on reverse, routed via Switzerland with 'Comite International de la Croix Rouge/ Geneve' in carmine and hand-stamped 'Delegation For Brit. India' with boxed 'Crown/ Passed DHN/ 5' on face applied on arrival in Dehra Dun.
