Malaya. (Perak - Kelantan). 1938. Air Mail envelope addressed to Bournemouth bearing Perak SG 88, 1c black and SG 92, 6c scarlet mixed with Kelantan SG 40, 1c olive and yellow tied by Ipoh double ring '23rd Sept 38' with circular 'I.T.P./ (5) cts' on face.
The Kelantan stamp was disallowed and not cancelled at Ipoh presumably because Kelantan was not a member of the Malayan Postal Union.
