Registered envelope written from the 'German Consulate in Mukden' with circular Consulate seal on reverse ;Deutsches Konsulat in Mukden' in violet, addressed to Germany bearing Japan SG 171d, 3s carmine (pair) and SG 243, 10s blue (pair) tied by Mukden vernacular date stamp '23/7', with vernacular Mukden registration label 'No 231' with framed 'Registered' hand-stamp in carmine, endorsed 'via Siberia' and routed via Hsinking (Harbin) with Hsinking registration label and circular ' Hsinking/ I.N.P.O.' transit '24th July 36' in violet on face and Wiesbaden receiver ''8.8.36' on reverse.
