Netherlands Indies Red Cross Air Mail envelope written from 'Bedjankar' addressed to 'Au Bureau International De La Croix Rouge/ Palais du Conseil General, Geneve, (Suisse)' bearing Netherlands Indies SG 408, 35c violet tied by Soengei/ Bedjangkar date stamp '10th Jan 40' with 'Door Censuur Geopend' label tied by circular 'Het Nederlandsch Indische/ Roode Kruis' in carmine on face and reverse, endorsed 'K.L.M. via Bagdad' with 'Marine-Censor' label (pink) and German censor label 'Geoffnet/ g' applied and tied by censor cachet in red. Very fine item.
