Persian postal stationery double reply card 5c carmine upgraded with Yvert 95, 12c carmine/ blue tied by Sultanabad date stamp with 'R/ Perse' registration label and hand-stamp 'Registered', addressed to Manchester with Teheran transit and oval London and Manchester receiver on reverse. Very scarce use of the double reply card.
