St. Vincent. (Postmarks - Circle of Dots). 1880. SG 29, 1d olive-green cancelled by circle of dots (thumb print) with additional ink manuscript.
Only 13 "Circle of Dots" postmarks have been recorded all on the 1d olive-green of 1880.
According to the St. Vincent hand-book by Messenger (notes and illustrations page 129) the cancel had presumably been used at Mesopotania.
