Thailand folded 'Aerogramme' 5 baht written from 'Sao Kaeo Refugee Camp (Ban Kaeng), Prachinburi, Thailand' addressed to France cancelled by Bangkok date stamp with hand-stamp 'Received 8 Jan 1980' and circular 'Tracing Agency/ Bangkok/ I.C.R.C.' (International Committee of the Red Cross) in carmine and Sarcelles arrival '27/2' and forwarded to Paris.
The camp was built for those fleeing the Cambodian - Vietnam War.
